Breeding

Alexandrians are tall but slim birds. They have wonderful shimmering shades of green and are very talkative making them good birds for people who are not afraid of big birds.

Pineapple conures are one of the smallest conures with wonderful colours. They have a big personality and are good for kids as they are soft, like cuddles and can do tricks. 

The hahns macaw is the smallest of the miniature macaws. Their white skin turns yellow when they are filled with emotion and their voices fill in for their lack of height.

These birds are caused by a sky blue female Indian ringneck crossed with a dark grey male Indian ringneck. They are usually either blue or grey, but multi-coloured ones have occurred.

Plumheads are very small birds but they have such vibrant colours. They are good at whistling and are great for people who want to admire their sweet personality. 

Alexandrian/White Indian Ringnecks have all of the good qualities of both types of birds. Their size is about halfway between both birds so they are good for people who are indecisive.

Derbyans look almost identical to the smaller mustache parrots except they are taller and heavier. They are good talkers and have a fulfilling personality that fits their size.

Malabars are a small bird but are playful and will do tricks. They are very good talkers and start mimicking sounds from a very young age and will also keep the kids entertained.

These are very unique birds as they are the results of many generations that were crossed with different coloured Indian ringnecks. Each bird has its own individual colour pattern.

Amazons are large birds and very intelligent. This makes them very curious creatures with a large vocabulary and will need to be cared by experienced bird enthusiasts.

Eclectus' are large birds with a very large vocal range. The females have added vibrant purple, orange and yellow, and are good for people who have had experience with birds.

The blue Indian ringneck is the classic of the Indian ringnecks. They have a beautiful colour, are great mimickers and are a good starting point for kids when hand-raised from a young age.

The yellow Indian ringneck is classified as a lutino bird. This classification gives these birds the characteristic of the softest feathers out of all of the Indian ringnecks.
